This CEO Isn’t Indispensable

We @ CogSci Apps are a small company. As such we are sometimes asked about business continuity. On June 23rd I suddenly needed to be away from the business for a month, with very little time to contribute to CogSci Apps Corp.. This enabled us to put our contingency plans to the test, and learn. Our VP took over my tasks while maintaining his; and the rest of our small team also rose to the occasion. Customer service, software development, QA, marketing, finance, etc., rolled on. E-mail directly to me was put through a triage. I am delighted to say, we passed the test!
